Description
This is an Officially Licensed Disney, Minnie Mouse costume. The dress has a sassy sweet heart neckline and the under skirt gives the dress a slight fullness and there is an attached white satin bow at the waist. The comfortable headband has black sequins and a red and white polka dot bow. Great teamed with one of our wigs sold separately.
