Baywatch was a hugely popular Drama Series that ran for nearly 10 years from 1989 to 1999 and was followed by a few spin offs. The theme was beautiful, fit, young Life Guards saving lives and patrolling the beaches of Los Angeles. Two of the major stars were David Hasselhoff who played Mitch Buchannan and Pamela Anderson who played the sexy C.J. Parker. C.J’s trade mark was a red swimsuit and the show was fondly known as Babe Watch. The series gained international success and even more recently there has been a Movie version staring Dwayne Johnson as Buchannan.
